BrightLine CPA is a remote/virtual CPA firm based in South Florida that is proud to provide value to our clients with a unique personal touch while covering a range of Accounting and Tax services: tax return preparation, bookkeeping, and consulting for small businesses & individuals. We have a passion for helping small business owners succeed and helping to make a positive impact in their lives.
MEET THE FOUNDER
Adriana Rahrig is a licensed CPA with several years of experience. She began her career at one of the top 2 accounting firms in the world, PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers), and also has experience at a Fortune 1,000 public company. At a certain point in her career, she chose to transition to a local firm to gain a better sense of working with small businesses.
Adriana saw a need for hands-on, people-oriented accountants: so she established BrightLine CPA. She strives to help her clients bridge the gap between tax and their understanding of it. She is detail-oriented and passionate about helping people.

Adriana's inspiration for the name BrightLine CPA came from graduate school. She remembers repeated use of the term "bright line test" and "bright line rule" in tax courses while pursuing her Master of Accounting degree.
Tax authorities (like the IRS) and professional publications use these terms when describing clearly-defined rules or standards, composed of objective factors, which leave little-to-no room for varying interpretation. The purpose of a bright line test (or rule) is to produce predictable and consistent results in its application.
